Rumors are positive that there is no redesign so you gotta ask yourself if the extra power seems worth the extra money. For me, it wasn’t.

If you buy an M1 and later want an M2, the used market (i.e. eBay) for an M1 at that time will likely allow you to recover maybe 70-80% of its original price (guessing here) to put towards an M2.
