WebIt is a very nice campground with nice playground, beach., fishing pier, little store, beautiful trail around the lake. Milwaukee river flows through Mauthe Lake. Our kids, 6,4, and 1 love this place. The campground is nice, clean and very quiet. The campsite itself is very wooded and secluded. WebMauthe Lake Campground has 135 mostly wooded sites-including 51 electrical sites, 2 disability accessible campsites, and a Native American plains style tepee available for rent. Each site includes a fire ring with a partial cooking grate, and a picnic table.
