Webb5 mars 2015 · Pretty intense, it works. imo the 5 day is too much for me but try it.I tried it for 12 weeks.Gains were good.Im on a 4 day custom PHAT programme keeping sets per muscle group between 8-12 and im seeing way better progress.Try it out OP. WebbI've seen huge gains from it in both strength and muscle growth. Change up your main compounds every few weeks (like bar row vs. t-bar, and DB bench vs. bar).
